Welcome to Al Muntazar Technical Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, services, or contacting us for any technical work, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Services
- We provide technical services including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, and general technical works.
- Service availability is subject to scheduling, resource availability, and site accessibility.
- Pricing & Payments
- All service charges will be communicated before commencement of work.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in cash, card, or bank transfer as per signed contract.
- Any delay in payment may result in late fees or suspension of further services.
- Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via call, email, or website form.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not provided.
- Warranty & Liability
- We provide limited warranty on specific services or installations, which will be informed prior to the job.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or third-party interference.
- While we ensure professional service, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure safe access to premises, accurate information about service requirements, and necessary approvals (building management, landlord, etc.) before work begins.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding valuables and informing our technicians of any site hazards.
- Limitation of Liability
- We will not be responsible for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, extreme weather, government restrictions, or supply delays etc.
- Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Al Muntazar Technical Services and may not be used without permission.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
